Join our kitchen team supporting a full-service restaurant and catering menu. Team members may work as line cooks, prep staff, dishwashers, or general kitchen helpers, with cross-trained roles that include a primary station and backup duties. Weekend availability is required to support high-volume service and rotating responsibilities under the direction of the kitchen manager.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and support food preparation for restaurant and catering menus.
• Cook and maintain assigned stations during service.
• Set up stations and rotate stock according to kitchen procedures.
• Wash dishes and maintain clean, organized kitchen areas.
• Follow sanitation procedures and support kitchen safety.
• Perform rotating duties during high-volume weekend service.
• Provide backup support across kitchen stations as needed.
• Report to the kitchen manager during each shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in commercial kitchen operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Knife skills and kitchen equipment operation.
• Time management, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Weekend availability.
