• Predictable Base Pay: Full-time drivers earn $800 to $950 per week starting out, depending on a 5 or 6-day work schedule. Competitive proportional day-rates are available for part-time schedules.

• Paid Training: No FedEx experience? No problem. We provide 5–7 days of fully paid operational training at $15.00/hour to get you confident, safe, and ready for your own route.

What the Job Looks Like

This is a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically active job. You aren’t just sitting behind the wheel—you are the face of FedEx in the Houston community. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating a commercial delivery vehicle in varying weather and traffic conditions.
• Loading, organizing, and scanning packages for efficient tracking and delivery.
• Delivering and picking up packages across residential and commercial routes with total integrity and professionalism.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

Schedule & Availability (Flexible Options)

• Full-Time: 5 to 6 days per week.
• Part-Time: Flexible scheduling based on your availability (great for weekend-only shifts or specific days of the week).
• Operating days run Monday through Sunday (Saturday–Friday shifts available based on current route openings).

Job Requirements

• Reliability: You show up every day, on time, ready to support your team.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physically demanding, fast-paced workload, including lifting and moving packages of various sizes.
• Professionalism: A clean driving record, a professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
• Safety First: A strict commitment to safe driving habits and vehicle inspections.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Precise Trucking Logistics is an independent service provider for Federal Express. Our team is responsible for delivering and picking up Federal Express packages throughout Houston. We are currently hiring full time package and delivery drivers at the Baytown AND Missouri City terminal locations. The work days available are Saturday-Friday depending on route availability.
