Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Call Center Representative in Irving, TX to provide exceptional support as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, resolve or redirect concerns, and promote our Club Memberships. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records, navigating our database proficiently, building strong customer relationships, and assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the team.

 

Hours: Monday - Friday full time hours between 7:00am-7:00pm. MUST have open availability including Saturdays and Sundays on rotation
