Looking for a Healthcare Job That Gets You Out of the Same Four Walls?
Catapult Health is hiring a Traveling Team Lead to support preventive health screening events at workplaces throughout the country.
We're looking for an experienced healthcare professional with an active California CPT, LPT, LVN, or LPN credential who currently lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is comfortable traveling overnight for assignments.
This is a unique opportunity to combine patient care, leadership, travel, and preventive healthcare.
What You'll Do
You'll help lead our onsite health screening clinics and make sure patients receive a professional, positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform small blood collections using a finger stick or upper-arm device — no venipuncture
- Take blood pressure, height, weight, and abdominal circumference
- Enter patient information into an electronic medical record
- Help patients connect with a Catapult Nurse Practitioner through video
- Manage multiple patient stations and patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with clinic setup and breakdown
- Work closely with Catapult's Operations team
- Help identify patients who may require immediate medical attention
- Represent Catapult Health professionally at client locations
What You Need
Required:
- Must currently live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Active California CPT I, CPT II, LPT, LVN, or LPN
- Previous healthcare or clinical experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working directly with patients
- Available for overnight travel Sunday through Friday
- Comfortable with domestic air travel
- Able to routinely work approximately 6:00 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional earlier or later starts
- Valid driver's license and clear driving history
- REAL ID, U.S. passport, or another TSA-approved form of identification
- At least 21 years old
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, stooping, and kneeling throughout the workday
We'd Love to Meet You If You Have:
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
- Previous Team Lead experience
- Phlebotomy leadership experience
- Mobile or traveling healthcare experience
- Occupational health experience
- Wellness screening experience
- Medical Assistant experience with phlebotomy
- Experience working in a high-volume patient environment
Why This Role?
If you enjoy variety, this isn't your typical healthcare job.
Instead of reporting to the same clinic every day, you'll travel with our team to different client locations and help provide preventive health services directly to employees.
You can expect:
✈️ Overnight travel
Preventive healthcare
Daily patient interaction
Technology-based health consultations
Different client locations and work environments
A team-focused environment
