Customer Service Representative

Luxor Staffing is hiring a Customer Service Representative paying up to $22 per hour with 1st shift available ! Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle warranty concerns, returns, exchanges, and customer resolutions while maintaining accurate records.
• Process sales orders, enter information into the ERP system, and follow up with customers regarding order acknowledgements.
• Answer incoming calls, communicate with customers and internal teams, and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Assist with reports, administrative tasks, and other departmental duties while adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP order-entry systems.
• Excellent communication, grammar, writing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and follow-through abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Positive, friendly team player who can effectively resolve conflicts and adapt to changing customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
