Inventory Associate

• Receive, organize, and track all materials, tools, and equipment within the warehouse or laydown yards 
• Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems and manual counts 
• Coordinate with logistics and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to worksites 
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, documenting discrepancies as needed 
• Stage materials for upcoming builds or installations per project schedules 
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment 
• Support inbound and outbound deliveries, including loading/unloading trucks as needed 
• Adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic construction setting
