POSITION OVERVIEW

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Field-based role (job sites in South Florida)
• Reports to the Operations Manager
• Work hard, be safe, and have fun

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities from foundation to roof, in accordance with project blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate daily with GCs, vendors, and site manpower.
• Plan and coordinate with the Area and/or Labor Manager for all daily activities according to the work schedule.
• Prepare daily reports, including daily photos of work in progress.
• Plan and monitor all work activities and provide 2-week look-ahead schedules.
• Perform quality control and safety checks; enforce all project safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate jobsite mobilization and demobilization.
• Review drawings and project specifications; submit RFIs for review.
• Operate equipment such as lull, excavator, bobcat, and man lift.
• Provide on-site direction and resolve field issues as they arise.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years' experience in shell construction.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Computer proficiency (email, daily reporting, scheduling).
• Ability to complete tasks, meet expectations, collaborate, and problem-solve.
• Ability to make decisions and lead teams on-site.
• Valid driver's license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience with South Florida building codes and inspection processes.
• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

EDUCATION

• No formal degree required; strong work ethic and relevant experience are most important.
