Job Description:
Position: Physical Therapist
Location: Caribou, Maine
Setting: Acute Care Hospital / Outpatient Therapy
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule:
- Day shifts
- Either 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm
- 40 hours per week
- No call
- No weekends
Travel Pay Package:
- $3,006 per week total. Includes base pay, housing, meals and incidentals
Overview:
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function
- Work in a 63-bed acute care community hospital

Requirements:
- Active Maine Physical Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience required
- More than 1 year of experience preferred
- Lymphedema certification preferred but not required
- Must meet all state and facility requirements
