• 3+ years of proven results in commercial MEP sales
• A competent grasp of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRMs
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing, if required
