Sales Support Specialist/Account Management - Great company! - Now Hiring

Do you have strong customer service or account management experience? Do you enjoy working a fast-paced environment where there is always something new to learn? Our client is looking for help to cover an employee leave of absence.

Pay Rate: $17/hour-$21/hour

Hours: Full Time, 7:30am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary, through approximately December, possibly longer

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Location: Appleton, WI

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and process orders 
• Assist customers with questions on products, pricing and delivery 
• Account management as the point of contact between vendors, customers, and internal teams to gather and verify required information
• Complete weekly reports 
• File and organize documents 
• Communicate documentation needs with vendors clearly and promptly to obtain required materials and fulfill customer documentation requests

Requirements: 

• Customer service experience
• Strong customer service and professional communication
• Experience working with documentation and detailed documents
• Food industry documentation is preferred
• Organizational skills to manage documents and prioritize efficiently
• Data entry into Excel spreadsheets, Outlook 
• Strong time management skills, meet deadlines
