Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Remove trash and maintain clean floors.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and food preparation tasks when needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Restock clean dishes and supplies.
• Work efficiently during busy hours.

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry restaurant supplies.
• Previous dishwasher experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
