Assembler Operator

We're hiring 20 Assemblers in Troy, VA and interviewing right away. No experience? That's fine. We'll train you.

This is a manufacturing company that builds metal products and equipment. You'll work on a team putting parts together, using basic hand and power tools, and checking your work to make sure it's built right.

What you'll do

• Put together metal parts and assemblies
• Use hand tools and power tools
• Check parts for quality as you go
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals

What we're looking for

• Reliable and on time
• Able to stand and work on your feet for your full shift
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Basic math (measuring, counting)
• Any warehouse, factory, construction, or hands on work is a plus, but not required

What you get

• $18 an hour to start
• Steady full time hours M- F 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
