Age Compliance Auditor / Secret Shopper

Key Responsibilities:
   
      - Conduct In-Store Audits: Perform compliance training visits at assigned retail locations within a specific geographic area.
      - Compliance Verification: Monitor whether store employees ask for a valid ID during the mock transaction.
      - Data Reporting:
          - Leave a green or red card with the cashier after the visit.
          - Obtain the cashier's full name (or a detailed physical description if unavailable).
          - Record visit details (date, time, pass/fail status, and cashier information) on the provided visit list.
          - Report all visits on the same day via the website or by phone.
      - Communication: Call the office for brief verbal training and to receive a unique "checker code" before beginning a job.
   
    Requirements:
   
      - Age: Must be strictly between 21 and 25 years old.
      - Identification: Must possess a valid, horizontal driver's license.
      - Transportation: Must have access to reliable personal transportation to complete routes.
      - Commitment: Complete full routes in one day and watch the mandatory training video.
      - Availability: Monthly availability; must take a two-month break after working the same route for two consecutive months.

  - Pay Range: $18/hr +0.55 mileage reimbursement; 4 hour minimum.

  - Instructions for candidate submission / interviews / orientation: 15-minute training video and a 4-question quiz required to do routes

  - Shift days / Hours: Any times stores/restaurants are open; entire route must be completed in a single day

  - Job Site Address: Albuquerque, Gallup, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, and Socorro

  - Dress code requirements: Casual clothing (everyday attire; no profanity or offensive imagery, no pajamas, no formal business wear)
