Bartender Server

Support a full-service restaurant as a Bartender Server, reporting to the restaurant manager and delivering beverage-focused service alongside knowledgeable food and beverage pairing guidance. This role includes evening and weekend shifts, as well as event-based schedules, with responsibility for specialty cocktail development and full food menu expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and develop specialty cocktails.
• Provide attentive table service in a full-service restaurant.
• Take guest orders and demonstrate full food menu knowledge.
• Recommend food and beverage pairings.
• Handle cash and process guest payments.
• Restock and maintain the bar area.
• Support evening, weekend, and event-based schedules.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending and table service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification.

• Mixology experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Food safety knowledge.
