Test Operator - 1st Shift 

An electronic component manufacturing company is looking to hire a Test Operator in Suwanee, GA. This is a contract to hire opportunity for someone with good attitude and willing to learn.

Pay Rate of the Test Operator:
$17-$18/hr

Shift of the Test Operator:
7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Mon-Fri 

Responsibilities of the Test Operator:

• Set up and operate test equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform testing, programming, and inspection of electronic assemblies and components.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support production equipment setup and debugging.
• Identify electronic components using technical documentation.
• Assist with qualifying test fixtures, equipment, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and product quality.
• Follow all safety, quality, and ISO standards.

Qualifications of the Test Operator:

• Minimum 1 year of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation and work instructions.
• Ability to identify electronic components and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• Understanding of ESD practices.
