Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative Producer and Director (Video Production) to lead video storytelling initiatives at WRNMMC. You will oversee the full production lifecycle—from storyboarding and clinical field capture to post-production motion graphics—producing high-quality video assets for command messages, educational campaigns, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end video production: pre-production (scripting/storyboarding), production (directing, filming, lighting, sound capture), and post-production (editing, motion graphics, audio mixing).

· Operate professional mirrorless/cinema camera systems, field audio equipment, and studio lighting setups in hospital environments.

· Film clinical spotlights, patient testimonials, leadership briefs, and hospital event coverage while enforcing HIPAA/PHI filming protocols.

· Edit content using professional non-linear editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

· Maintain, inventory, and manage video/audio equipment assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field.

· Experience: 5+ years of hands-on professional video production experience (showreel/portfolio required).

· Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and color grading / audio post-production tools.

· Clinical Awareness: Experience filming inside regulated healthcare or military environments; working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI safeguards.

· On-Site Requirement: Must be willing and able to work 100% on-site at WRNMMC in Bethesda, MD.
