Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Basic math and measurement skills preferred
- Manufacturing or technical training is a plus
Experience Requirements
- Previous machine operator experience preferred
- CNC machine experience strongly preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, ratchets, wrenches, and measuring devices
- Quality inspection experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
- Excellent attendance and reliability required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Safety-focused mindset and willingness to follow company procedures
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 35-40 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive motion
- Ability to work overtime, including weekdays and weekends as needed
- Must wear steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and appropriate work attire
Job Duties
- Operate injection molding machines, CNC equipment, lathes, and other production machinery
- Set up and adjust equipment within assigned production area
- Perform quality inspections and document production results
- Utilize hand and pneumatic tools to complete manufacturing tasks
- Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support production goals while ensuring product quality and accuracy
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team success
