LCSW Behavioral Health

Addictions/recovery experience required.

Active Pennsylvania license required.

Shift: Days – 8 Hours

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Coverage: Must be available for both weekday and weekend coverage; schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Role Overview:

The Counselor I supports clients recovering from substance use disorders, behavioral health challenges, and co-occurring issues. Responsibilities include assessments, group facilitation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, documentation, and aftercare planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Facilitate group and family sessions.

Document client progress and update care plans.

Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning.

Collaborate with referral sources, insurance providers, and care teams.

Provide education and support to clients, families, and the community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social or Health Services required.

Counseling internship/practicum experience required.
