\nCompany Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking experienced Industrial Painters to work in a repetitive manufacturing shop environment. This role involves preparing surfaces through multiple finishing processes—shot blasting, sanding, and masking—and completing highquality paint applications on both component parts and fully assembled products.
Key Responsibilities
- Shot Blasting — Prep unpainted surfaces using a railfed continuous shot blaster.
- Pneumatic Sanding — Sand and prepare parts for paint application.
- Masking — Tape and mask surfaces and components prior to painting.
- HVLP & Pressure Pot Painting — Apply primer and topcoats using highvolume, lowpressure paint guns and pressure pots.
- Clean and maintain sprayers, mixing containers, and all painting equipment.
- Wear proper PPE, including respirators, and follow all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience using paint guns.
- Experience with conventional paint guns and pressure pots.
- Experience working with epoxy and polyurethane paints.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass drug screening and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive Painting experience.
- Experience applying zinc primer coatings.
COMPENSATION: $36-$40 DOE
**All employees must be prepared for a background check, 10 panel Drug screen and show proof of eligibility to work in the US.
