Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual Logistics Associate for a well-known transportation and distribution company located in Norcross, GA. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in logistics operations, freight handling, and shipping processes while working as part of a dynamic team.

Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Bilingual Logistics Associate Duties and Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and organize packages for distribution and shipment.
- Process incoming and outgoing freight efficiently and accurately.
- Load and unload trucks while following safety procedures.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Palletize, wrap, and prepare merchandise for transportation.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed to support operations.
Bilingual Logistics Associate Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, package sorting, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift, move, push, and carry packages throughout the shift.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Drug screening and background check required as part of the hiring process.
