Our client, a leading clinical research organization in Miami, is seeking a Budget Analyst to join their team on a contract-to-permanent placement basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a financial detail oriented who enjoys budgeting, financial analysis, Excel, and working cross-functionally — with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
What You’ll Do Develop and maintain budgets for clinical research studies and projects Analyze budget vs. actuals, expenses, revenue, and financial performance Prepare forecasts, financial reports, and variance analysis Review study protocols and help determine associated costs Support budget negotiations with sponsors and CROs Monitor study expenses and identify discrepancies or financial risks Assist with invoicing, reconciliations, amendments, and payment tracking Partner with Clinical Research, Finance, Contracts, and Operations teams Maintain accurate financial records and provide reporting to management
Clinical Research Experience? That’s a big plus! Experience with clinical trials, research budgets, healthcare, pharmaceutical, CROs, or sponsor contracts is highly preferred — but strong financial professionals with transferable budgeting and analytical experience are encouraged to apply.
