Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join a team in Houston, Texas, building and enhancing business-critical applications with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and modern web technologies. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys designing scalable solutions, working across application layers, and translating operational needs into reliable software. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving ability, and a solid foundation in software engineering principles.

Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET to support core business and field service operations.
• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities to align platform functionality with operational and user requirements.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, data models, and backend processes to ensure strong application performance and data integrity.
• Build and support ETL workflows that move and transform data between systems for reporting, integration, and business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather technical requirements, define solution approaches, and deliver high-quality enhancements.
• Develop responsive user-facing features with JavaScript and React.js to improve usability and streamline business workflows.
• Troubleshoot application defects, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes across integrated systems.
• Contribute to software architecture, coding standards, testing practices, and continuous improvement efforts throughout the development lifecycle.• 7+ years of software engineering experience in application design, development, and support.
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET for enterprise application development.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 ERP, including configuration, customization, or integration work.
• Proficiency in SQL and database development, including writing efficient queries and supporting data-driven applications.
• Experience developing ETL processes and handling data integration across multiple platforms.
• Solid front-end development skills with JavaScript and React.js.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
