Our client is a Premier firm with diverse litigation practice seeks associate attorney desiring to learn how to handle matters from inception through trial and appeals in state and federal courts. Requirements:
Ideal candidates are members of both the New Jersey and New York bars,
possess excellent writing and communication skills, and
have experience to handling general litigation matters.
The firm offers flexible remote working arrangements.
Candidates may have with NJ and NY licensure to join our NJ office.
Ideal candidates have 2-4 years litigation experience including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and handling day-to-day discovery and reporting.
Salary: Depends on experience.
