Warehouse Team Lead

Position: Warehouse Team Lead
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: 7pm-7am, 2-2-3 rotating shift
Location: Sturtevant, WI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead to start IMMEDIATELY at $25/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and quality protocols
• Coordinate daily activities including mold changes, equipment setup, and maintenance
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and personnel issues to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or related fields
• Knowledge of safety protocols, GMP, and quality assurance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP; familiarity with Raven and Infinity is a plus

Skills

• Warehouse supervision and team leadership
• Packaging operations and safety compliance
• Equipment setup, mold change, and troubleshooting
• Documentation and computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Raven, Infinity)
• Experience with TPM initiatives and equipment maintenance
