Data Center Support Technician

We are hiring a hands-on Data Center Technician for a 100% onsite position in Memphis, TN. This person will support day-to-day data center operations, including troubleshooting servers, replacing hardware components, performing system maintenance, and resolving hardware issues.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair server hardware
• Replace components such as hard drives, NICs, GPUs, and other server parts
• Use Linux command line and review system logs
• Perform hardware deployments, firmware upgrades, and system testing
• Support basic networking troubleshooting
• Manage service tickets, parts inventory, and documentation
• Coordinate with support and data center facility teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on data center/server hardware experience
• Experience repairing and replacing server components
• Linux CLI and log troubleshooting experience
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 65 lbs and work on ladders
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder required
• Schedule flexibility as needed
