• Team Size: Approximately 10–15 staff members
• Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, (depending on licensure and experience) + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, and support to behavioral health professionals serving clients with mental health, substance-use, and co-occurring disorders.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical services, support staff in complex cases, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and contribute to the professional development of a team of approximately 10–15 behavioral health staff.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, consultation, and support to counselors and clinical staff.
• Oversee the delivery of therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management services.
• Review clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Provide clinical consultation and support for complex mental health, substance-use, and co-occurring cases.
• Assist staff with crisis situations, risk assessments, safety planning, and appropriate clinical interventions.
• Support employee onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.
• Coordinate care with internal departments, community providers, and other behavioral health professionals.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, applicable Ohio regulations, and organizational policies and standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, program development, and clinical process improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, supportive, and accountable clinical team environment.

-> Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio LISW or LPCC license required.
• Candidates holding LISW-S or LPCC-S are also eligible and encouraged to apply.
• Clinical experience in behavioral health and/or substance-use treatment.
• Experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, or consultation strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage complex clinical situations and provide sound clinical judgment.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of required background and employment screening.
