Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Stepdown) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level care, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment — candidates must reside outside of Arizona

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Experience in a high-volume or busy acute care environment
• Familiarity with intermediate/stepdown care workflows and monitoring
