Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Some Weekends & Holidays Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 24-bed Emergency Department with a 4-recliner flex area at a Level III Trauma facility
• Perform triage, IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and conscious sedation support
• Manage ventilator-dependent patients as needed
• Document accurately using PICIS and Soarian Clinicals EMR systems
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care across nights, weekends, and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (must be obtained prior to start; if pending, proof that the process is underway may be considered)
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Minimal to no requested time off (RTO); flexibility around holidays is expected
• Candidates residing less than 30 miles from the facility will not be considered; candidates residing 31–50 miles from the facility may be accepted at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with PICIS and/or Soarian Clinicals EMR platforms
• Strong background in high-acuity trauma and emergency nursing environments
• Demonstrated flexibility with scheduling, including holidays and weekends
