Companion Care Needed

My 93-year-old mother is in an assisted living facility where her basic needs are taken care of. We are looking for someone who would enjoy reading to or listening to music with her, assisting her with short walks outside or around the facility, occasionally eating with her in her room, and encouraging her to participate in some of the group activities at the facility. She does have incontinence, so although it's the staff responsibility, having someone comfortable with changing briefs and helping her take water/stay hydrated is also important. We can be very flexible around the schedule, and she doesn't need long stints--just a couple of hours, 3 or 4 times a week would be ideal
