Babysitter - Now Hiring

I work from home most days of the week and am looking for someone who can focus solely on caring for my baby, who will be about 5 months old at the time, so that I can focus on my work during the day. I typically finish my workday around 3 p.m. Fridays are usually a little less busy for me, so depending on my workload, the schedule may occasionally shift. I go into the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so on those days my husband will be working from home and will be available in the home as well. Our main priority is having someone attentive and focused on the baby while I work, including feeding, diaper changes, playtime, and keeping her engaged and cared for throughout the day.
