Job Summary

\n

Seeking a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture, development, security, integration, and AI capabilities for a mission-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure platform in a government/CCWIS environment.

\n

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Own D365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure architecture.
\n
• Lead end-to-end D365 implementation, solution design, integrations, and DevOps.
\n
• Develop hands-on using C#/.NET, D365 Plug-ins, Custom APIs, PCF, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx.
\n
• Design Azure PaaS, identity, API, networking, Key Vault, and cross-cloud GCC architecture.
\n
• Build and productionize Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
\n
• Implement RAG, grounding, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation.
\n
• Own application security, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, secure SDLC, threat modeling, and least privilege.
\n
• Lead data architecture, integrations, reporting, performance optimization, release management, and technical governance.
\n
• Communicate architecture decisions to senior leadership, Microsoft, vendors, and federal stakeholders.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
\n
• 16+ years progressive IT experience.
\n
• 8+ years solution/enterprise architecture experience.
\n
• 7+ years hands-on D365 CE / Dataverse / Power Platform.
\n
• 5+ years leading full D365 implementation lifecycles.
\n
• 4+ years Azure architecture and hands-on development.
\n
• 2+ years production Generative AI / Agentic AI experience.
\n
• 2+ years RAG, grounding, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation.
\n
• 5+ years application security in regulated environments.
\n
• 2+ years Government Cloud experience: GCC, GCC High, or Azure Government.
\n
• Strong C#/.NET D365 extensibility experience including Plug-ins, Custom APIs, and PCF controls.
\n

\n
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

PL-400, TOGAF, AI-102, AZ-500, CISSP/CCSP, SC-100, DP-600/DP-203.
