Job Description/ Responsibilities :

\n

End user data backup

\n

End user system upgrade to Windows 11

\n

Basic troubleshooting experience on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and deployment tools like SCCM/Intune

\n

Knowledge of end user data backup tools

\n

Prior experience of working in Life Science industry and R&D labs

\n

Good communication skills – client facing role

\n
