We are seeking a Warehouse Design Engineer to drive warehouse layout, process optimization, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse/industrial engineering professional who can transform warehouse operations through smart space utilization, lean processes, effective material flow, and data-driven improvements.

What You’ll Do:

\n

\n
• Design and plan the inner layout of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
\n
• Develop warehouse layouts, product flow, and product handling systems.
\n
• Apply Lean concepts to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.
\n
• Support and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipments.
\n
• Measure and analyze warehouse performance, including cost and service, and implement corrective actions.
\n
• Lead projects focused on warehouse process design, optimization, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Collaborate across warehouse departments to ensure efficient end-to-end operations.

What You Bring:

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree required.
\n
• At least 2 years of warehouse design or optimization experience.
\n
• Proficiency with CAD / computer-aided design and drafting software.
\n
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
\n
• Experience with SAP.
\n
• Strong understanding of warehouse design, operations, and departmental processes.
\n
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or database systems is a plus.
\n
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
\n
