Location: Towson, Maryland

\n

Employment Type: Full-time

\n

\n

The ACI Group is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to help grow our federal health, government contracting, healthcare, and technology business.

\n

\n

This position is designed for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and move opportunities through a sales or staffing process—and is ready to take greater ownership of accounts and revenue.

\n

\n

For nearly 30 years, ACI has helped government contractors, healthcare organizations, and commercial clients solve difficult staffing and consulting challenges. We have particularly deep experience supporting organizations serving the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the broader federal healthcare market.

\n

\n

This is not simply an account-service position.

\n

\n

We are looking for someone who can own client relationships, uncover opportunities, create movement, and help turn relationships into funded business.

\n

\n

What You'll Do:

\n

\n

You'll work directly with ACI's leadership and recruiting team to develop existing accounts, build new relationships, and move staffing and consulting opportunities from initial conversation through successful placement and delivery.

\n

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
    \n
  • Own and develop relationships with assigned ACI clients and business partners.
  • \n
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, program leaders, and other client stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Identify staffing, consulting, and subject-matter-expert needs within existing and prospective accounts.
  • \n
  • Convert client conversations into clearly defined, actionable opportunities for ACI's recruiting team.
  • \n
  • Qualify opportunities based on funding, decision-maker access, urgency, timing, competition, and likelihood of award.
  • \n
  • Maintain consistent client contact and proactively move opportunities toward decisions.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with ACI's recruiting team on candidate strategy, priorities, market feedback, and client expectations.
  • \n
  • Manage the client side of candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and consultant starts.
  • \n
  • Identify stalled opportunities and determine the action necessary to move them forward or remove them from the active pipeline.
  • \n
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying additional programs, teams, contracts, and decision-makers where ACI can provide value.
  • \n
  • Research federal programs, contract vehicles, recompetes, awards, teaming partners, and market developments that may create opportunities for ACI.
  • \n
  • Develop relationships with government contractors and other potential teaming partners.
  • \n
  • Participate in capture, teaming, and business-development discussions involving federal health opportunities.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate account, opportunity, contact, and pipeline information in ACI's systems.
  • \n
  • Develop and execute account plans for priority clients.
  • \n
  • Generate new staffing and consulting opportunities through networking, referrals, targeted outreach, and relationship development.
  • \n
  • Work directly with ACI leadership on strategic accounts and larger business-development initiatives.
  • \n
\n

\n

Who We're Looking For:

\n

\n

We're looking for someone who has already developed the fundamentals of professional selling and account management and is ready for greater ownership.

\n

\n
