Is this you?- Do you enjoy building complete electrical systems—end to end—in a steady, indoor manufacturing environment?
- Are you comfortable reading schematics, bending conduit, and working with ACS/HCF cable?
- Do you prefer one address every day, year-round work, and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule?
- Install branch circuits, devices, panels, lighting, and controls in medical modular units.
- Read and apply blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
- Measure, mark, and align components for precise, repeatable installations.
- Function-test and safety-check completed circuits and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to keep production moving.
- Comply with electrical codes and internal quality standards.
- Maintain tools and an organized, clean station.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with the line to achieve daily throughput goals.
- Leverage experience with conduit and ACS & HCF cable.
- Handle other assigned tasks as needed.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.; overtime available to 4:30 p.m. and some Saturdays.
- Facility: Climate-controlled, indoor, year-round—weather won’t impact your paycheck.
- Work model: Continuous production, not project-to-project; the job doesn’t end.
- Growth: DMC cross-training and paid certifications—learn the entire build process.
- Electrical experience (electrical engineering or related fields welcomed).
- Journeyman-level experience preferred.
- Knowledge of conduit, ACS/HCF cable, 3-way switching, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices.
- Ability to read prints/schematics and use measurement tools accurately.
- Familiar with electrical codes and standards.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform sustained physical work.
- Detail-oriented; quality-minded; dependable.
- Works well independently and as part of a team; follows instructions and safety rules.
