Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the Dietary Department

• Develop and implement menus, meal plans, and food service programs

• Supervise and evaluate dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and dietary assistants

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as maintaining high-quality
