If yes, you’ll thrive in our manufacturing environment producing small precision‑machined parts. You’ll work a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring every component meets visual, dimensional, and functional expectations.

What you’ll do

• Inspect parts against visual, dimensional, and functional specifications
• Verify machine setup sample parts before production proceeds
• Create and maintain accurate inspection records and reports
• Collaborate and communicate on technical matters with clarity
• Confirm packaging, labeling, material handling, and storage are correct

What you bring

• Hands‑on skill with precision measuring instruments and test methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T
• Comfort following test procedures and work instructions
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience generating reports and analyzing information
• Process improvement mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication on technical topics
• Fluency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to visually inspect small precision parts with and without magnification
