Activity Director/Resident Enrichment Director

Join the Magenta Health at Daytona team as we seek a dedicated and compassionate Activity Director to lead our activities program, providing engaging and meaningful experiences for our residents.

As the Activity Director at Magenta Health at Daytona, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing a cohesive activities program that caters to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents

• Collaborating with staff, residents, and families to identify and prioritize activities that promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being

• Scheduling and leading activities, including events, outings, and therapy sessions

• Evaluating and improving the activities program to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate records and reports of activities, including attendance, participation, and outcomes

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field (senior care, gerontology, recreational therapy, etc.)

• Education: Active CNA License
