CNC Programmer

Requirements of CNC Programmer/Machinist:

• 1+ years of Programming experience
• Previous set-up experience required
• Fanuc/ Haas controls, Mastercam/ Fusion 360 experience preferred
• Ability to use machine tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

Responsibilities of CNC Programmer:

• Set up, operation, and programming of CNC mills, lathes, and other machinery for the production of parts
• Parts primarily for pressure-reducing water valves and related components used by municipalities
• Training will be provided for candidates with limited programming experience
• Candidate should have a working knowledge of CNC Machine operation including Programming, Setup, Maintenance, Operation, and the ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues with the equipment/fixturing
• Interpreting Blueprints and Geometric tolerances
• Candidate must be capable of holding tolerances and meeting surface finish requirements
