About this job
Job Description
We're looking for a Production focused Project Manager who is organized, communicative, and relentlessly detail-oriented. Someone who brings structure and clarity to creative and print production projects and keeps designers, vendors, and stakeholders aligned from brief through delivery. You are a natural coordinator who ensures nothing falls through the cracks: timelines are tracked, approvals are documented, and stakeholders always know where things stand.
This role sits within the Experiential Marketing Team and focuses on the production of printed materials, graphics, video, and other marketing collateral, with event and campaign collateral as the primary area of ownership. You will manage the full production lifecycle across all B2B and B2C event projects: signage and booth graphics, printed collateral, branded merchandise, digital and video assets, and every physical or visual touchpoint that brings a brand to life at an event. You will serve as the primary internal point of contact for production-related requests, working cross-functionally with designers, video and content teams, external print and fabrication vendors, the Project Manager for the US, and other internal stakeholders to keep creative, operational, and event workstreams moving in sync.
The right person for this role has an exceptional eye for detail, catches errors before they reach print, and is proactive in surfacing risks, delays, and blockers. You are consistent in written communication, confident in managing multiple deadlines at once, and comfortable holding vendors and internal teams to specifications, brand standards, and quality expectations.
Manage production timelines, budgets, and approvals for print, graphic, and video projects from brief to final delivery
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external vendors to ensure assets meet specs, brand guidelines, and deadlines
Run proofing and quality checks on files, colors, copy, dimensions, and finishes before anything goes to print or publication
Source quotes, compare vendors, and manage purchase orders and delivery logistics, including shipping to event venues
Maintain a central tracker of assets, versions, approvals, and open issues so stakeholders always have visibility
Document decisions and feedback rounds clearly to avoid rework and miscommunication
Flag risks early and propose solutions to protect timelines and quality
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global experiential campaigns.
Define project scopes, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders for all new operational projects
Maintain and monitor detailed project timelines using Jira.
Coordinate communication between global marketing and event teams.
Partner with creative, production, and marketing to align on deliverables.
Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
Manage budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting in Jira and Google Sheets.
Support budget development, tracking, and reconciliation with VP and Ops Manager.
Partner with finance for real-time budget visibility.
Monitor costs and identify risks or opportunities for savings.
Track KPIs and project data through Anaplan or equivalent tools.
Maintain Anaplan dashboards for forecasting and event scoring.
Administer Jira workspaces, ensuring data accuracy and reporting compliance.
Build dashboards and tools to track KPIs (budget efficiency, process adherence, etc.).
Prepare post-event reports on ROI, engagement, and learnings.
4 - 6 years of project management experience in marketing, events, or experiential roles.
Proven record of managing multi-stakeholder global projects.
Proficient in Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Analytical, data-driven approach with actionable insights.
Background in gaming, tech, or entertainment industries preferred.
Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
Team-oriented and thrives in fast-paced, global environments.
Passionate about storytelling and creating immersive brand experiences.
