$18 to $20/hour DOE | Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM | Full-Time

A well-established manufacturing company is hiring for Welder, TIG Welder, MIG Welder, Assembler, Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, and Manufacturing Technician positions. These opportunities involve hands-on production of commercial-grade equipment in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Both welding and assembly roles are available for dependable candidates who take pride in their work and enjoy working with tools, equipment, and detailed production specifications.

What You’ll Do

Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components and assemblies

Read and follow blueprints, work orders, product specifications, and assembly instructions

Assemble, position, clamp, clean, polish, and package manufactured products

Operate hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, and production machinery

Grind and finish welded joints and inspect completed work for quality

Gather and organize parts, materials, and tools needed for production

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

Welding, assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience preferred

TIG and MIG welding experience required for welding positions

Ability to safely operate shop equipment and hand and power tools

Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and parts lists

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand and walk throughout an 8–10 hour shift

Ability to frequently bend, push, pull, lift, and handle up to 60–70 pounds

Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Ability to pass required background and drug screenings
