Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Position Overview:
Provide outpatient behavioral health counseling and therapeutic services to individuals and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.

Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or four 10-hour shifts.
  • One evening per week until 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical counseling and therapeutic services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records.
  • Provide patient-centered care with clinical and administrative support.

Requirements:
  • Active New York LCSW — Required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable treating patients age 5+.
  • Experience with electronic health records.
  • Collaborative, team-based approach.
