About who needs care: 89-year-old women with dementia. My 89 year father will also be in the house. loves to garden and sew wakes up around 9-10am, will need reminding to take her morning medications and to eat. possibly some light cleaning dinner prep around 4:30, for husband and wife About the care needs: someone who is kind , soft spoken, compassionate a good companion to sit and talk with my mom. Sundowners can be difficult at times. keep mom distracted with conversation or puzzles, reading to her. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
