Home Health Aide Needed

I need a senior care provider with experience in handling total hip replacement mobility needs for a 95-year-old, 98 pound elderly woman, who uses a walker and/or a cane. The setting is an assisted living studio apartment, where all other care is provided. She will need help sitting, standing, and walking 24 hours a day for a minimum of one week after she is discharged from the hospital (date currently unknown). Family will be able to provide some hours off daily. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active.
