About who needs care: past hx of stroke, afib, on coumadin, recently admitted to hosp with sbo, went to rehab, unable to walk or provide any personal care including toileting. Would need someone to help w am care, toileting throughout day, breakfast and lunch prep About the care needs: friendly and helpful without being over bearing Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
