Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We have had a great babysitter for almost a year now, but she's unfortunately in a situation where she is needing benefits. We are now going to be needing childcare primarily for our son who will be two later this month. Many times throughout the week we also need childcare for our 4-year-old daughter as well. We are offering $20/hr when it's just my son and $26-$33 during times with both kids. Hours are as listed, but I do have some flexibility for the right person. And there's almost always options for extra hours, but not required.
