Maxim Healthcare in Los Banos, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an Adult patient who is dependent on G tube Trach and Ventilator. This is a temporary position, start date will be possibly in November.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
