We are looking for a motivated, resourceful 1031 Exchange Coordinator to manage exchange files from inception through completion. This role prepares accurate documentation, tracks critical IRS time requirements, supports complex transactions, and communicates with clients and professional partners throughout the exchange process.

Gather the information needed to open and process 1031 exchange files from inception through completionPrepare exchange agreements, assignments, improvement and lease agreements, deeds, notes, EIN requests, operating agreements, and other required documentationMonitor and fulfill applicable IRS documentation and timing requirementsResearch and organize information to respond to questions from clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and accountantsMaintain accurate files and recordkeeping systems and provide clerical, administrative, and light bookkeeping supportCommunicate clearly and professionally by phone, in person, and through written correspondenceWhat We Are Looking For
