Industrial Maintenance Technician - Up to $38/Hour | Union Facility | St. Louis, MO

Location: St. Louis, MO

Schedule: 3rd Shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Rotation: Every other weekend required

Pay: $32 - $38/hour (Union Rates - Based on Experience)

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated production equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and industrial automation systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities
• Install, test, and repair motors, drives, sensors, VFDs, and control systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Respond quickly to production downtime and equipment failures
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

✅ Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

✅ Strong troubleshooting skills in manufacturing environments

✅ Experience with automated production equipment

✅ PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls experience

✅ 480V electrical experience required

✅ Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience

✅ Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

✅ Strong problem-solving mindset and sense of urgency
