Your Impact
  • Hunt down issues on PCBs through structured testing and systematic diagnostics.
  • Examine boards and components closely to assess quality and pinpoint defects.
  • Team up with engineers to turn observations into fixes and design enhancements.
  • Capture results meticulously and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Operate with disciplined adherence to safety standards and lab protocols.
  • Keep test gear running smoothly with regular maintenance and verification.
  • Help design and improve test fixtures, debug tools, and standard procedures.
Do You Bring the Right Background?
  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in PCB testing and diagnostics.
  • Demonstrated analytical rigor and troubleshooting acumen.
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Fluency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
  • Comfort with a range of test instruments and diagnostic software/tools.
  • Detail-oriented approach with reliable organizational habits.
